Job Description:

1. 通过互联网、社媒体、海关数据等拿到联系方式，通过电销与海外潜在 客户沟通，了解客户痛点与需求，推广公司产品，达成业绩目标；

Contact potential oversea clients via telemarketing. Capture key information from multiple channels like Internet, Social Media, Customs Data and etc. Achieving targets by grasping exact demands and pain points of potential clients, based on this to promote Smartee

aligners and services.

2. 完成公司要求的电销任务及客户开发指标。开发新客户资源，建立客户档案，维护客户关系，提高客户忠诚度；

Accomplishing the goals of the telemarketing and business development, from which enable quantified business development by developing new potential clients list, creating the database, maintaining customer relations, as well as improving customer loyalty.

3. 与海外各地区公司驻点销售与代理渠道保持紧密合作沟通，将潜在客户资源以及市场信息及时准确传达与沟通，实现上海正雅与海外商务拓展渠道的无缝链接，赋能海外销售业务发展；

Keeping the tight business coupling with the Smartee’s direct oversea sales representatives or the existing distribution channels. Make sure pass the precise market information and potential clients to our colleagues and partners timely, to achieve Shanghai Smartee Denti-Technology Co.,Ltd.

seamless link between Smartee Shanghai and oversea distribution channels, enabling the fast business development.

4. 定期向客户发送产品资料、价格信息等相关资料，提高客户对公司产品的了解和认知；

Maintaining the contacts with clients on regular basis, keep clients up-to-date about Smartee’s products, pricing, and promotional packages, improving the brand perception of the Smartee in oversea markets.

5. 参与市场调研，收集市场信息，为公司产品销售及业务拓展策略提供参考。配合海外销售组同事，积极了解竞品在海外各市场的最新产品、价格、活动，及投放策略；

The participation of the market research, giving essential references for the Smartee oversea business development based on collected key market information. Furthermore,the members of the Smartee Oversea Consultant Programme need collaborate with the sales team to actively gather competitors’ market information, including their products, market events, pricing strategies, and Go-To-Market strategies.
