What you’ll achieve
As a [Marketing Operation Planner], you will be responsible for the Japan Finish good inventory planning, collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment. You will work with the Japan country team to create weekly finish good demand forecasting and PO replenishment decisions.
You will:
Responsible for Japan Finish good inventory planning, collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment.
Work with the Japan country team to create weekly finish good demand forecasting and PO replenishment decisions.
Provide collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment analysis for the partners in Japan to drive weekly sell in, identify actions needed to enable Sell in/Sell through happen per plan
Work with the supply chain replenishment team to monitor incoming inventory, ensure healthy inventory level all times to support on-time delivery, and at the same time avoid aging inventory built up

Essential Requirements

Fluent Japanese/English capability is preferred
Bachelor degree or above is preferred
Strong communication ability to drive shareholder consensus and action plan
