Responsibilities:
1. Participate in annual salary survey and support building China salary structure;
2. Responsible for implementation of China plants annual merit plan;
3. Responsible for related HR reporting when necessary;
4. Conduct C&B analytical work, and address improvement area and make relevant recommendations;
5. Responsible and lead the benefit plan such as physical check, commercial insurance update to support China benefits optimization and harmonization;
6. Interact with Timken manufacturing C&B network to support roll out country level C&B plans, process or projects when necessary;
7. Support corporate total rewards projects implementation in China when needed;
8. Support China C&B policy review and harmonization process;
9. Lead the payroll tasks for assigned entities or offices such as China holding, Xiangtan, Chengdu, ***, Hongkong etc.
10. Plan annual C&B budgeting and follow up people cost forecasting on regular basis;
11. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
1. Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
2. Demonstrate experience in handling C&B projects
3. Good communication skills in English
