- Ensure ships agency services are rendered to all customers at an excellent level

- Maintain a smooth, quick turnaround of vessels, advising local authorities on vessel details keeping all relevant parties informed

- Be able to Board vessels when required across different ports and environments

- Continually seek new methods to reduce operational costs and find efficiencies for the port office.

- Work collaboratively with peers in other locations to achieve desired goals

- Prepare Pre-arrival Documentation and Visitor/Vendor List for Vessel/Terminal

- Coordinate Sailing Arrangements and Create SOF & Other Documents

- Liaise with clients, vendors & port services daily and attend regular meetings with ports, terminals, and others.

- Ensure all shipping documentation is issued on time and accurately

- Suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance service delivery

- Full utilization of POPDA (the Company’s Operating System) as per company operating procedures, as directed by line manager or supervisor

- Always perform accurate and timely updates of systems in order to have fresh data and present the best information to clients

- Follow internal and external procedures ensuring compliance with ISS standards, customer standards and legal requirements

- Ensure all procedural Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met

- Update Arrival Details in System and Send Arrival Message. Order Additional Services as needed

- Update Daily Cargo Details in System and provide Daily Updates to Principal (Cargo & Husbandry)
