任职资格：
61 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
61 Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies for software development and project management. Professional qualification in project management will be ideal.
61 Strong analytical anal problem-solving capability.
61 Team player who is able to meet tight deadline.
61 Good at spoken and written English, CET 6 preferred.

职责：
61 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, understand business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
61 Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive data-driven decision making.
61 Perform business analysis, review and prepare user requirements document for projects & products implementation, in accordance with business requirements from users.
61 Review System design documentation to ensure the functional design meets expectation of end users of Life Operations.
61 Prepare test scenario & test plan, perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and support end-users during system deployments and post-implementation.
61 Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle.
