What You’ll Do

In order to achieve the Company's business development goals, the ideal candidate will assist in the administrative support of office leasing department. Ensure that related documents and data with high quality and accuracy.
根据公司的业务发展目标，支持办公楼租赁部行政性事务，确保各种文件及数据准备有质量地完成。
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
86 Provide support for the whole team on preparation of lease documentations, internal reports, data analysis and stacking plans etc.;
为团队准备租赁文件、内部报告、数据分析和堆放计划等提供支持
86 Provide administrative support for the team on data entry, circulation of documents amongst different departments, registration / application for government permits etc.;
在数据录入、文件流转、政府许可证的注册/申请等方面为团队提供行政支持
86 Provide secretarial support to Deputy Director;
为副总监提供秘书支持
86 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Your key competencies would include, but not limited to:

86 College student and could be on duty full week or at least 3 working days per week.
在校大学生，可以有一周五天或者至少3天的出勤率。
86 High proficiency in using various computer office software including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
能熟练使用各种电脑办公软件。
86 Possess good communication and presentation skills, proficiency in oral and written English is an advantage.
