2.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标
- Assist R&D engineers to develop new products and redesign existing products
- Assist R&D engineers to do the localization projects
- Assist R&D engineers to complete the research and testing
- Collaborating closely with R&D engineers in order to speed up the projects
- Localize and Redesign existing products to enhance quality, functionality and/or reduce costs
- Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity
- Resolving product issues
- Improve the existing products performance
- Supporting product launch initiatives and maintaining reliability aspects of our products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Creating updates to technical documentation such as installation and operation manuals as necessary

3.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求
3.0.1 Education教育
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical major
- 机械专业大学本科学历
3.0.2 Knowledge / Skills知识和技能
- Full time undergraduate degree with no experience is OK.
- Familiar with SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.
- Familiar with mechanical drawing standards.
- Good at related standards of mechanical technology.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office etc.
- Understand GD&T knowledge.
- Electrical knowledge is perfered.
- Be good at English in special mechanical knowledge and communication skills would be a plus

4.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任
- Assist R&D engineers in project management, drawings & BOMs preparation, prototype assy. & testing.
- Track the material and make the records for the prototype
- Deeply involved in trial assy. & testing and analyze the problems happening.
- Design the fixture & inspection tools to improve the productivity & reliability of the products.
- Compile the documentation of R&D projects.
- Other daily R&D work and other tasks assigned by leaders. 公司简要介绍：
