关于雅培运营管理培训生项目

3年内，项目成员将参与3项重要的职业体验，在不同部门或前沿技术、监督和运营的不同职能领域，执行3项不同的任务（每次12个月，第一年在技术岗位，第二年在管理岗位，第三年为海外轮岗）。3年结束后将会定岗在管理或关键技术岗；

通过在生产、工程、质量、项目管理、运营等领域的轮岗机会，获得发展和经验；

成员们在完成该计划并且毕业后，将会进入下一个全职岗位，运用在该项目期间所积累的技能、经验等，为雅培继续做贡献，成就个人职业发展之路；

项目时间：2025年7月至2028年6月。

岗位要求

工程学（自动化/机械/电气）、自动化、生物技术、药学、食品科学或相关专业的学士/硕士学位（适用于 2025 年应届毕业生）；

有兴趣从事运营--生产、工程、工厂质量等方面的工作；

具有出色的学习成绩和课外活动记录；

具备运用技能和知识应对运营挑战并为企业增值的能力；

具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力；

具备较强的人际交往、领导和沟通能力；

热爱学习，具有灵活性，愿意参与不同的项目；

有过实习或合作工作经验；

能说流利的普通话和英语；

工作地点

上海、杭州、嘉兴。

Serve as the compelling offer to early-in-career professionals to attract top talent into Abbott. Accelerate talent to the leadership pipeline through experiential learning, formal training and aggressive performance management.

Program Highlights

Operations PDP (OPDP) members begin their career at Abbott as a part of the 3-year Program designed to provide participants with a broad growth and development through breadth and depth of Operations experience.

Upon completion of the program, they graduate out into their next full-time post-program position and continue growing their career and contributing as an Abbott professional using the foundation of skills, experience and network developed during their time in the program.

Program Overview

Over the course of 3 years, an OPDP member will engage in three critical career experiences to accelerate learning.

There will be 3 different assignments in different divisions in different functional areas of Technical, Supervisory and Operations Excellence.

There will be development & experience through rotation opportunities in Production, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Operation Excellence, etc.

Rotation Guidelines

3 assignments (12 months each) in different division and/or in different functional areas.

No assignment is repeated; each is with a different Assignment Manager.

OPDP member starting the program in July 2025 will complete a three-year program with the final international (overseas) rotation ending in June 2028.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree/Master s in Engineering (Automation/Mechanical/Electrical), Automation, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Science, related disciplines (Only for graduates of 2025)

Interest in pursuing a career in Operations Production, Engineering, Plant Quality, etc.

Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities.

Has the capacity to apply skills and knowledge to address operational challenges and add value to the business.

Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Possess strong interpersonal, leadership & communication skills.

Eager to learn and has the flexibility and willingness to work on different projects.

Previous work experience in internship co-op work experience.

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
