Responsibilities
Take (leadership) responsibility for the team in day-to-day operations:
Basic business partner role (monthly analysis, PPT, System CIP, measures)
Monthly KPI result analysis and review with value-stream manager
General department cost center reporting, planning (budget preparation) and cost analysis
Cost center accounting and planning (including rolling forecast, cost analysis report on a monthly basis
Headcount planning & personnel cost planning and control on cost center base monthly
Transfer Price quoting and control, monthly report and yearly transfer price updates
Filling & checking & uploading reporting and planning files (e.g. MBR, BP, CF)
Provide support in business plan
Further support works of controlling
Other temporary work

Requirements
Knowledge + Skill
Basic experience with SAP FI/CO
Basic knowledge of reporting and planning processes, cost calculation methods, investment management and fi-nancial controlling
Good ability of logical thinking and reasoning, strong result orientation, customer-focused
Self motivated, hardworking, good communication, good conception about processes orientation
