1、2026届大专及以上毕业生，机械工程、电气自动化、机电一体化、材料科学与工程、机械工程、工业工程、质量管理等相关专业。
2、具备较强的学习能力和动手能力。
3、工作认真负责，有较强的责任心和安全意识。
4、具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与设备操作人员和其他技术人员密切配合。
