Job Title: Passenger Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Passenger Sales Executive is responsible for driving passenger sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the airline's commercial objectives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the airline industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement effective sales strategies that achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
3. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, providing regular analysis and reports to the Sales Manager.
4. Negotiation & Proposal Management: Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, negotiating favorable terms to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships.
5. Client Engagement & Presentations: Conduct impactful sales presentations to potential and existing clients, showcasing the benefits and competitive advantages of our airline s services.
6. Sales Planning & Monitoring: Develop sales plans and oversee the sales team s execution, ensuring adherence to targets and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
2. Industry Experience: 5-6 years of experience in the airline industry, preferably in sales, business development, or account management.
3. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
4. Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
5. Result-Driven & Self-Motivated: A proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
6. Multi-Tasking & Resilience: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
7. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales and CRM tools.
8. Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work beyond standard hours, be on-call for urgent matters, and travel as required.
Job Title: Reservation & Ticketing Staff
Job Summary:
The Reservation & Ticketing Staff plays a key role in handling passenger reservations, ticketing services, and customer inquiries while ensuring a seamless booking experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced airline environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reservation & Ticketing Services:
o Handle passenger and travel agent inquiries via phone and email in accordance with company policies.
o Process flight reservations, PNR modifications, ticket rescheduling, refunds, and other ticketing operations.
o Ensure all transactions comply with airline regulations and fare rules.
2. Documentation & Compliance:
o Maintain accurate records by filing and uploading ticketing-related documents.
o Ensure compliance with airline ticketing policies and IATA regulations.
3. Customer Engagement & Feedback:
o Identify and report passenger feedback, complaints, and market trends to the sales team.
o Provide professional and timely assistance to resolve ticketing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support:
o Assist in training new staff on reservation systems and ticketing procedures when required.
o Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Education:
o Minimum Bachelor s Degree or above in a relevant field.
2. Industry Experience:
o 1-2 years of experience in airline reservation and ticketing (preferably within an airline or travel management company).
o Candidates with experience in Sabre or other GDS systems will be given preference.
3. Skills & Competencies:
o Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken).
o Strong ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
o Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
