Key Objectives of this Role:
1. Assist in designing 3D models and 2D drawings for cockpit assemblies, display housings, mounting structures, and components using CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, or Creo).
2. Participate in structural simulations (FEA) for stress, vibration, thermal, and durability analysis under engineer guidance.
3. Support prototyping activities, including 3D printing, rapid tooling, and validation of design concepts.
4. Conduct design reviews and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EE, Industrial Design, Manufacturing) to optimize product integration.
6. Research materials (plastics, metals, composites) and processes for lightweight, cost-effective solutions.
7. Document design processes, test results, and technical reports.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA/SolidWorks/Creo preferred).
- Basic understanding of structural mechanics and material properties.
- Exposure to FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
