【工作内容】
1、素材拍摄：02协助完成公司内部文化活动场景的拍摄工作（需具备基础拍摄能力）。
2、视频剪辑与后期：02熟练运用视频剪辑软件（AE/PR/剪映专业版等）进行视频剪辑、调色、配乐、字幕添加及基础特效包装，制作符合企业文化调性的成片。
3、素材管理：02负责拍摄素材的整理、归档与管理，确保素材库的条理性。
4、简单设计支持：02根据需要，可能涉及简单的海报设计、封面图制作等（会使用基础设计软件如PS/AI等）。
5、其他支持：02完成团队交办的其他与企业文化相关的辅助性工作。
【任职要求】
1、学历专业：影视制作、数字媒体艺术、广播电视编导、广告学、动画设计等相关专业
2、核心技能：熟练掌握至少一款主流视频剪辑软件（如 AE/PR/ Final Cut Pro/剪映专业版等），具备基础的剪辑、调色、音效处理能力。
3、作品集：请务必在申请时提供个人视频作品集，展示你的剪辑能力、创意想法和审美水平。（无作品集不做考虑。）
4、实习期至2026年2月中旬，实习期近8个月，适合2025年下半年没课的同学。
