岗位职责
1、日常法律支持：处理业务部门法律咨询，审核/修订国内合同（销售、采购、NDA等）；协助诉讼案件应对，包括证据整理、法院沟通及结案报告撰写。
2、跨境项目协助：参与海外合同模板本地化及标准化管理；支持隐私保护（如数据跨境传输合规）、投资并购项目基础工作。
3、知识管理：维护案例库、法规库，定期更新法律风险预警；协助探索AI工具在合同审查、条款检索中的应用。
4、综合事务：整理法律文件归档，完成部门交办的其他支持性工作。
任职要求
1、基础条件：法律硕士学历，已通过司法考试；应届或1-2年经验（含实习），需有法律相关实践经历。
2、语言能力：英语流利（雅思6.0+或同等水平），能处理英文邮件及基础合同；小语种加分（西班牙语/韩语/日语等，根据业务需求选填）。
3、技能与素质：熟练使用PPT/Word，能制作清晰的法律分析报告；细心严谨，具备快速学习能力和团队协作意识。 公司简要介绍：
