OVERVIEW:
This position is primarily responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment in Suzhou or Shenzhen offices, on-site communication and coordination with suppliers to handle emergency issues, and coordination of needs and relationships among various departments within the company. Maintain the company's facilities and equipment in good working condition, promptly address and provide feedback on employee issues and needs, enhance the company's image and employee satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
61 1. Conduct daily inspections of facilities and equipment in various offices and laboratories, such as doors, locks, lights, electrical cabinets, air compressors, etc;

61 2. Perform daily maintenance work on sanitary ware and tables and chairs;
执行日常洁具及桌椅的维修工作；
61 3. Support, coordinate, and manage the on-site maintenance work of suppliers, such as access control management, on-site supervision, and coordination;
支持、协调和管理供应商的现场维保工作，如门禁管理、现场监督、协调；
61 4. Coordinate employee repair work;
对接员工报修工作；
61 5. Daily electrical and mechanical maintenance;
日常电气、机械维修；
61 6. Other tasks assigned by superiors/managers.

Requirements:
61 1. Bachelor's degree, with priority given to majors such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, and automation;
61 2. Good safety and service awareness;
61 3. Master the use of general maintenance tools;
61 4. Familiar with mechanical and electrical principles, mechanical structures, automation control and other related knowledge;
61 5. Good teamwork spirit;
61 6. Good communication and coordination skills;
61 7. Good moral ethics, being responsible, dedicated, and upright;
61 8. Endure hardship and obey arrangements.
Education and preferred certifications:
