Job Purpose:
Provide routine technical service and trouble shooting for business requirement in assigned area.
作为技术服务人员向客户提供产品技术支持，包括维持药水槽良好运行状态；制程/消耗异常处理；制程改善等

工作职责：
1. General line audit and improvement. 协助客户对相关生产线定期稽核、持续改善
2. Troubleshooting of Bath Issues and Process Issues. 药水&/相关制程异常分析和处理
3. Consumption analysis and improvement. 药水消耗分析及改善
4. Market and customer information collection. 收集和反馈市场及客户需求
5. Trial of Established or New Products. 协助产品部门进行新产品上线测试
6. New line implement and relative assistant. 提供新开线前期指导和开线技术支持
7. Assist all relatives to the sales to get a new customer. 协助开发新客户
8. Perform new staff technical training. 为新员工提供技术培训
9. Assist QC/QA to deal with the customer complaint. 协助质量部门处理客户投诉
10. Assist chemicals delivery for emergency required. 协助紧急情况下的产品发货及运输
11. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the manager. 完成上级经理安排的其他相关工作

任职要求：
- 化学、化工或相关专业本科学历
- 有PCB药水供应商或PCB板厂实习经验
- 工作态度积极，具备良好的客户服务意识
