1. 负责日常订单的录入并与内部积极沟通保证订单及时确认和按期出货。
Daily operations of order entry and work with internal to ensure order confirmation and on time shipments.
2. 密切关注未交货订单以确保准时出货，当延迟发生时提前做好相应的措施，最小化受影响的行数。
Monitor OOR closely to avoid any order delay, take actions in advance to minimize affected lines when delay occurs.
3. 熟悉航空/测试测量的工作内容，必要时刻能迅速代班。
Familiar with jobs in all Aerospace/T&M to be a backup if necessary.
4. 准备合理的报价并跟进以确保报价达成率的***化。
Prepare for reasonable quotation and follow up to maximize the capture rate.
5. 跟进客户订单预测，能发现数据的重大变化并报告给主管/经理。
Follow up customer forecast to capture the big change and report to CS supervisor/manager.
6. 积极参与内部COS活动（CI/Kaizen/Gemba），比如LSW，SQDIC，5S, Safety等, 并鼓励任何改进现有流程和节约 成本的建议。
Actively participate in internal COS activities (CI / Kaizen/Gemba), e.g. LSW，SQDIC，5S, Safety and encourage any proposal of improvement of current processes and cost saving.
7. 协助项目部和销售团队,主动跟进新项目订单和交期。
Support and assist project department and sales team to actively follow up new project orders and delivery schedule.
8. 每月与资材部跟进呆滞库存和客户负责物料，报告给销售和主管/经理, 提供建设性解决方案。
Follow up the slow-moving inventory and customer liability material with SCM team every month, report to sales team and supervisor/manager, and provide constructive suggestions/solutions.
9. 协助财务同事，跟进应收账款和有问题的发票。
Work with Financial team to follow up past due and dispute invoices.

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 良好的沟通技巧和服务意识。
Good communication skills and customer service sense.
2. 大专或本科学历，专业不限。英语专业优先.
College or bachelor’s degree, any major. Major in English is a plus
3. 英语读写流利，专四或六级。专八优先。
Fluent in Chinese and English, TEM-4 or GET- 6. TEM-8 is a plus
4. 善于运用Outlook, SAP 和Excel等办公软件优先。
Good use of Outlook, SAP and Excel office tools is a plus.
5. 有团队合作精神，工作积极主动，有责任心。
