What you will learn in the program:
61 Experience in Fortune 500 multinational company and global diverse working environment.
61 Practical application of advanced digital tools (such as Copilot and Power Automate) to automate processes in product stewardship.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Improve the Customer/LSP HSE management databases, including but not limited to:
- Improve & automate customer safety assessment records by utilizing Excel’s functions/VBA and(or) other digital solutions including Co-pilot, power automate tools etc. if practicable.
- Automate data upload to SAP order blocking using power automate software where possible
- Collaborate with IT Digital team & launch BDO EUD automatic vetting solution project

Develop effective virtual/on-line training mode for PS related trainings to internal and external stakeholders, such as,
- BDO distribution annual trainings
- Product safety knowledge training to Trucking Companies

Qualifications & Experience:
61 Graduate students in Information Management, Data Science, Big Data Technology and/or a related discipline.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Apps, especially on Excel, Copilot, and Teams.
61 VBA programming in Excel is a plus.
61 Good command of English and Chinese.
61 Demonstrates attention to detail and creativity.
61 Available to work 5 days per week for 2 months.
