Purpose of the Position

AM (advanced manufacture) service engineer is responsible for service (on site, inhouse) for cutting force and Monitoring ( welding and so on)products . The service engineer will be responsible for all the service of cutting force and monitoring in China and cooperation with sale team to do the marketing promotion, demo testing.
This position based in Shanghai

Main Tasks
-Cutting force and monitoring products application and service (include acceptance and training, troubleshooting and repair)
-Customized solution according to customer special application
-Troubleshooting
-Inspection and repair
-Communicate with product engineers from overseas about the product situation.
-Pre-sale technical support, include the test data analysis report writing.
-Promote support to customer questions
-Customized solution design, assemble and calibration, acceptance



Requirements Profile
-Master degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation Engineering or Precision Instruments and Measurement and Control Technology
-Good communication and intercultural skill
-Fluent English or Germany
-The ability to learn new knowledge
-Can take the frequent business trip
-This years graducated with related research work experience is perfect
-Can use Solidworks 3D design software for mechanical design
