岗位职责 Responsibility:
1.Be responsible for the maintenance of the quotation system of the sales department and the data entry of new customers.
负责销售部门报价单系统维护，新客户数据录入；
2.Be responsible for receiving customers' phone inquiries, record and promptly convey the information of potential customers.
负责客户电话问询接待，记录并及时转达潜在客户信息；
3. The quotation sheet for the completed sale should be stamped and archived.
完成客户报价单用印，存档；
4. Timely organize and summarize sales contracts, assist the sales manager in reviewing and checking the details of the contracts, and complete the archiving after confirmation.
及时整理汇总销售合同，协助销售经理审核检查合同细节，确认完成后完成存档。
5. Be responsible for the data preparation of the sales weekly meeting, and collect, statistically analyze and summarize the sales performance situation in a timely manner.
负责销售周会的数据准备，及时收集、统计、分析销售业绩情况；
6. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and customer information confidentiality requirements.
严格遵守公司规章制度及客户信息保密要求。
7. Complete other work assigned by leaders.
完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格 Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science is preferred. Outstanding candidates may be considered with a junior college degree.
大学本科及以上学历（大四），理科类专业；优秀者可放宽到专科学历；
2.Possess strong skills in using Office software (Excel, word, PPT), and be proficient in data analysis and statistics.具备较强的Office 办公软件使用技能（Excel、word、PPT），擅长数据分析及数据统计；
3.较强的沟通技巧，协调能力，团队合作能力；
4.Have a certain level of English communication skills, business awareness, and an outgoing and positive personality is preferred.
具备一定的英语沟通能力，有商务意识，性格外向积极；
5.Interns (senior year) who are willing to work full-time are acceptable. Outstanding candidates may be regularized and retained.
