Position Overview
1. This role is to provide sufficient and effective support for the effective implementation of quality management and technical management in the laboratory.
2. Ensure that the product R&D verification test, design verification test and product verification test can obtain technically.
3. Ensure that the testing work is strictly carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of international standards, national standards and customer standards for product testing.

Job Responsibility
1. Support to distribute and withdraw ISO/IEC 17025 quality documents.
2. Support to evaluating and selecting qualified suppliers to meet the laboratory's requirements and regularly evaluate the supplier's qualification and make records.
3. Support to laboratory engineers in managing consumables and spare parts for equipment.
4. Aiding laboratory engineers in the custody of procurement materials for consumables and ensuring proper storage of purchased items.
5. Collaborating with equipment administrators to establish comprehensive equipment files, ensuring the completeness and validity of all information within these records.
6. Assisting the laboratory document administrator with tasks related to testing quotations, testing plans, and other functions within the laboratory LIMS system.
7. Support to laboratory engineers in completing corresponding testing tasks based on various detection and usage requirements.
8. Aiding laboratory engineers in conducting routine maintenance on equipment while maintaining accurate records of such activities.
9. Assisting laboratory engineers in entering calibration information into the LIMS system effectively.
10. Other tasks arranged by the laboratory supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in engineering
2. Good interpersonal understanding & communication skills
3. Demonstrate a high capacity for learning.
4. Has growth mindset and with can-do attitude and team spirit
5. Proficient in using MS Office
