1、通过各种渠道发布和管理招聘信息，负责招聘广告的撰写，招聘网站的维护和更新，以及招聘网站的信息沟通；并进行正式招聘前测试、简历甄别、组织招聘等相关的工作；
2、搜集简历，对简历进行分类、筛选，确定面试名单，通知应聘者前来面试。招聘流程实施。
3、HRBP及其他HR相关工作内容。

岗位要求：
1、本科、硕士学历。
2、专业不限。有英语口语运用能力者尤佳。 英语专业或者留学背景尤佳。
