岗位职责:
1. 负责生产现场的日常管理与监督，确保生产流程的顺畅。
2. 协助制定和优化生产流程和操作标准，提高生产效率。
3. 监督生产设备的运行状态，及时发现并处理生产过程中的问题。
4. 参与生产计划的制定，确保生产目标的实现。
5. 履行生产现场的技术管理和监督职责，保证生产质量。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历（实习生或应届生都可以），有意向往生产管理方向发展；
2. 可接受12小时制，倒班工作；
3. 具备良好的组织和协调能力，能够有效管理生产现场。
