工作职责
1)Provide pricing, availabilities of products and due date of orders to customers and sales team.
为销售团队和客户提供报价,产品的库存以及订单的到期日。

2)Creation and administration of quotations/contract/PO based on the instruction of the sales team.
根据销售团队的指示创建和管理报价、合同和订单。

3) Management of open orders; provide status update on orders to customers, communicate delays, revised due dates/delivery to customers, follow up on due and overdue orders internally with logistic and planning management.
管理未完成订单,为客户提供订单的状态更新,与客户沟通延误的订单,修改到货日期,与内部物流和计划部门协调处理到期和过期订单。

4)Shipping arrangement and dispatch of orders in a timely manner, meeting customer’s requirements and expectations.
根据客户要求和期望合理安排物流。

5)Track and Trace of consignments and follow up of orders as required.
根据要求追踪订单的完成情况。

6)Phone responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls in a professional phone manner.
以专业的方式接听来自客户的电话。

7)Create up and cross-selling opportunities.
寻找和创造潜在的客户机会。

8)Provide product information based on information available in the catalogues.
根据产品目录册提供产品的信息。

9)Escalate product information requests to application engineers or technical support team.
将产品信息的需求转发给应用工程师或技术支持团队。

10)Claim handling from customers, ensuring claims are closed within a reasonable timeframe.
处理来自客户的投诉,确保投诉在合理时间内关闭。

11)Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payments and follow-up with customers late payments weekly.
与财务部协调发票和付款事宜,并每周追踪客户的延迟付款。

12)Administration duties (filing, post, stationary, office consumables).
行政方面的职责(归档,邮寄,办公用品,办公室易耗品)。

13)Translation of customer contracts.
客户合同的翻译工作。

14)Other tasks assigned by Head of Business Development Asia.
亚洲区商务总监指派的其他任务。

任职资格与要求:
1)Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
良好的英语听说读写技能。

2)Undergraduate or above degree in relevant field.
本科及以上相关专业的教育背景。

3) Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
能够独立工作且具备主观能动性。

4)Have teamwork spirit and ability to work under the pressure.
具备团队协作精神并能有一定的抗压能力。

5)High sense for urgency, accuracy and detail oriented.
高度的紧迫性,关注细节及准确性。

6)Computer proficient: Word, Excel and Power Point, D365.
熟练操作各种办公软件及D365系统

7) Effective and direct communicator.
