（1）负责代表公司处理各类对外法律诉讼、仲裁、监管事项或其它法律纠纷。
（2）负责公司日常经营过程中所涉及到的合同起草、审核、修订、管理等。
（3）负责参与公司的重大项目，参与涉及项目的谈判、协商等，为项目提供法律支持。
（4）负责制定和优化公司相关制度流程体系，落实合规经营。
（5）为公司内部人员提供各类法律咨询、法律培训等。
（6）公司安排的其他事项。
任职资格：
（1） 本科及以上学历，法学相关专业，有法律职业资格证书。
（2） 英语可作为主要工作语言。
（3） 具备良好的文字处理能力、组织协调能力、商务谈判能力及人际沟通能力。 公司简要介绍：
