Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist business analysts and project managers in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
· Support the preparation of project documentation including meeting minutes, user stories, testing plans, and training materials.
· Participate in stakeholder meetings to observe and learn how to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
· Help track project progress, update project plans, and follow up on action items.
· Support system testing and user acceptance testing by preparing test cases and assisting users during testing.
· Learn and apply tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Visio to support project activities.
· Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation repositories.

Requirements
? Current university student or recent graduate in Information Technology related disciplines.
? Strong learning ability and willingness to take initiative.
? Smart, flexible, and proactive in handling tasks and solving problems.
? Good communication skills English reading/writing/speaking, Cantonese (oral) is a plus.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or SQL is a plus.
? Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
? Interest in business analysis, project management, or IT systems.
? Prior internship or project experience in insurance or financial services is a bonus. 公司简要介绍：
