Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for OP department for executing daily work, such as document control, procedures record, meeting minutes and site witness/confirmation.
? Collection, Organization, and Archiving of Training Documents for the OP Department
? Support on safety culture collection and sharing, Update of the Production Culture Wall
? Assist department in producing and printing various types of labels
? Support OP team member to improve the implementation of work efficiency.
? Leverage digital tools (Microsoft Power BI, automate etc.) to improve data analysis and simplify the processes
? Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree
? Relevant majors in chemistry
? Open personality and willing to communicate are preferred.
? With good oral and written English skills are preferred.
