MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Tracking and Analysis of E-commerce Business Data:
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly business data consolidation and analysis
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly competitor performance tracking
2. Support on E-commerce Channels Operation
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and operation KPIs
- Support for key shopping moment campaigns, such as 618/Double11
- Brand image maintenance: store pages/short video assets/ livestream content
- Communication with business partners
3. Regular and Daily Operation
- Assist on inventory management
- Assist on expense applications
- Another daily operational task
4. Ad-hoc tasks relating to office errands and meeting preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong in ownership and passion for the cosmetic industry, candidates with prior beauty & fashion industry internship experience would be a plus
2. Good reading and writing ability in English
3. Data sensitive
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Master in PPT & Excel, Microsoft office software
6. Undergraduate or graduate in university, Marketing or Commercial background is appreciated
7. Be familiar with social media, with prior experience in Social Commerce platforms preferred
8. Guarantee working in office at least four days per week
