Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the sales team with daily support tasks, including sorting customer data, compiling and verifying sales statistics.
2. Undertake initial sorting, filing, and management of contract documents; assist in verifying key contract information to ensure standardized contract process.
3. Support the quotation process, including collecting basic data required for quotations, coordinating with relevant departments to confirm parameters
4. Learning the process of tender quotation and use the internal quotation system
5. Complete other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Head of Sales

Requirements
1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student; no major restriction (majors in Business administration, Marketing, Law, Shipping Managements)
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills; positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to quickly adapt to the company’s business process and internal systems.
