1. Position Summary
The EIT Engineer will support the development of next generation automation, digital transformation, and intelligent manufacturing solutions. This role focuses on applying machine learning, data analysis, and software development skills to enhance production efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable AI-driven manufacturing capabilities.
This position is aimed at cultivating young talent with strong potential in artificial intelligence, programming, and advanced engineering technologies.
2. Key Responsibilities
AI & Data Application
61 Develop and deploy machine-learning and deep-learning models for manufacturing, quality, and process optimization.
61 Build data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
61 Analyze production datasets to identify patterns, predict failures, and support decision-making.
Software & System Development
61 Design and implement AI applications integrated with MES, automation systems, or digital factory platforms.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Eng ,MFG, Material, DF,IT,QA,HR...) to develop custom algorithms and tools.
61 Participate in building dashboards, scripts, and AI-assisted automation modules.
Digital Factory & Smart Manufacturing
61 Support industrial digitalization projects, including smart production lines, Auto-report systems, and AI-based inspection tools.
61 Develop prototypes for advanced automation and intelligent systems.
61 Assist in evaluating and implementing new AI technologies to enhance future business capability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
61 Work closely with engineers, data teams, and manufacturing experts to transfer business requirements into technical solutions.
61 Provide documentation, reports, and application training to related teams.
3.Education
61 Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
