Key Responsibilities:
? Involved in data processing and analysis that utilize AI for predictive modeling and virtual screening in drug discovery.
? Develop and deploy Deep Learning Models and AI Agents tailored for biological and pharmaceutical tasks and data analysis.
? Collaborate on interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies with life science research projects.
Main Requirements:
? Master or PHD. student, or equivalent experiences in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
? Good programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, with experience in Transformer, PyTorch, RDKit, or DGL preferred.
? A keen interest in drug discovery and willing to learn and explore new technologies.
? Possess a decent foundation in English, capable of proficiently reading and understanding articles in the fields of computer science and biology.
? Can work 3days per week, and internship lasting for 6 months or above.
