岗位概述：
我们正在寻找一名积极主动、对授权商品开发和项目管理充满热情的实习生。在本岗位上，你将作为项目团队的辅助成员，在资深项目经理的指导和支持下，参与从创意设计到生产交付的全流程，获得宝贵的行业实战经验。这是一个深入了解娱乐、IP授权及商品化产业的绝佳机会。
主要职责（在指导下进行）：
项目支持： 协助项目经理跟进商品开发项目的关键节点，参与项目会议并整理会议纪要，更新项目进度跟踪表，确保信息在内部团队间清晰同步。
创意与设计协调支持： 协助收集和整理设计素材、市场参考资料；协助准备内部审稿和外部授权方提报所需的文件与材料。
供应商与样品管理： 协助管理样品库，跟踪样品寄送物流；在项目经理指导下，与供应商进行基础沟通，跟进样品制作进度。
授权方提交材料准备： 协助整理产品效果图、艺术稿及相关技术文件，确保符合授权方的格式与规范要求，并跟进提交后的反馈记录。
文档与流程管理： 负责维护项目相关的文件归档系统，确保设计稿、审批记录、合同等文件有序保存。
质量与交付跟进： 协助核对产品包装、标签等材料的准确性；参与量产前的最终样品检查，并协助跟进大货生产及出货进度更新。
任职要求：
教育背景： 本科或大专在校生，专业不限，项目管理、设计、市场营销、商务英语或相关专业优先。
经验技能： 无需全职工作经验，但欢迎有社团活动、课程项目或以往实习中展现出的组织协调能力。对消费品、IP授权、流行文化有兴趣者优先。 公司简要介绍：
