岗位职责：
1、业务流程梳理： 深入工厂一线，协助团队调研并梳理生产、库存、物流等业务流程，识别痛点与优化机会，输出清晰的业务流程图。
2、数据挖掘与分析： 利用 SQL 提取业务数据，或使用 Python 进行数据清洗与分析，为生产效能提升提供数据支持。
3、数字化工具开发： 参与数字化项目的落地，根据需求编写简单的脚本或开发小型工具（使用 Python/Java 等），实现部分工作的自动化。
4、系统支持与测试： 协助进行数字化系统（如MES、ERP、BI看板）的功能测试、用户培训文档编写及上线后的运维支持。
5、跨部门协作： 作为技术与业务的桥梁，将复杂的业务需求转化为技术语言，确保项目顺利推进。

任职要求：
1、教育背景： 计算机科学、软件工程、工业工程（IE）、信息管理、自动化等相关专业本科及以上在读学生。
2、技术硬核：
熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Python / Java/RPA），具备良好的代码规范；熟悉 SQL 数据库操作，能够进行基础的增删改查及数据提取；
3、加分项：了解Web开发基础，或接触过Pandas/NumPy等数据分析库。
4、逻辑与沟通：
逻辑清晰： 具备极强的逻辑思维能力，能够快速理解复杂的工厂业务逻辑；
沟通协作： 沟通表达能力强，不怯场，善于与不同背景的人员（从产线员工到管理层）沟通协作。
兴趣驱动： 对制造业数字化、工业4.0、流程优化有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入一线解决实际问题。
实习时间： 每周出勤不少于 3 天，实习期至少 3 个月（长期实习优先）。 公司简要介绍：

Colgate-Palmolive entered the market in China in 1992. In this year, Colgate-Palmolive signed with Guangzhou Jieyin Daily Chemical Plant and Guangzhou Economy Technology Development Group to establish Guangzhou Colgate Company Limited. Currently, Colgate Palmolive has established three companies in China, including Colgate Palmolive (China) Company Limited, Guangzhou Colgate Company Limited and Colgate Sanxiao Company Limited. The total investment has exceeded 400 million USD. Colgate China has built up a plant of 7,5000 square meters in Guangzhou GDD, which is one of the largest TP factories in the world. Equipped with the world-class facilities and advanced quality & safety control system, the plant has reached the annual production of 150,000 tons of toothpaste. Besides supplying domestic market, the products are also exported to other 50 countries. Today, we have commercial offices and manufacturing sites in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Yangzhou and Hong Kong with more than 5,000 employees.
