Job Description:

● Support Learning and Development (L&D) programs' preparation and detailed execution, include but not limited to scheduling, logistics, feedback collection, evaluation, quiz and materials update/management, status tracking etc.
● Support various learning courses setup and system config., instructional course design, media uploading, blended courses setup, system job aids/working process creation etc.
● Support L&D team's day to day training arrangement and coordination etc.

Qualifications:

● Good communication in oral and written English
● Good office software skills like word, excel, PowerPoint
● Good problem solving skills
● Strong ownership, teamwork and customer orientation spirit
● Bachelor or master degree.
● Can commit at least 6 months internship, with at least 3days per week.
