1. How You Contribute
As a Management Trainee
1) Understand business needs through requirements or project assigned.
2) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-base to create more synergy with innovation.
3) Be willing to share new insights or solutions to team.
Within Indirect Procurement function
1) Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to enable the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services.
2) Support the full supplier lifecycle management, from initial screening and selection to continuous performance monitoring.
3) Conduct financial analysis and support negotiation strategies to achieve cost savings and drive value creation.
4) Ensure the accuracy and compliance of supplier information and procurement records.
5) Monitor emerging market trends and internal operational risks to generate actionable insights for the business.
2. Role Qualifications
1) Master degree in business, supply chain management, economics or related field.
2) Passionate at outdoor and retail business. Love sports.
3) The ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
4) Sensitive to numbers and good at using various AI tools.
5) Good presentation skill with good communication skill.
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PPT skill.
