1. How You Contribute
As a Management Trainee
1) Understand business needs through requirements or project assigned.
2) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-base to create more synergy with innovation.
3) Be willing to share new insights or solutions to team.
Within Finance function
You will undertake immersive rotations in:
1) Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in daily bookkeeping, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation, building a solid foundation in financial data.
2) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, analyzing performance to provide actionable insights.
3) Finance Business Partnering: Act as a financial advisor to operational teams, conducting feasibility studies, P&L analysis, and business reviews to influence strategy.
4) Process Optimization & Internal Control: Contribute to projects that enhance finance processes and strengthen compliance, ensuring accuracy and operational excellence.
2. Role Qualifications
1) Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2) Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles. Progress toward CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
3) Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
4) Attributes: A proactive team player with strong communication skills, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
5) Interest: Genuine passion for the sports industry; personal involvement in sports is advantageous. 公司简要介绍：
