岗位职责：

1. 店铺基础运维
负责Shopee/Lazada/Shopify/Amazon等平台的后台操作，包括产品上下架、标题优化、详情页更新、库存设置及价格维护。
2. 数据整理与分析
每日收集并整理店铺流量、销售、转化率等数据，制作日报，协助运营分析数据波动原因。
3. 活动执行配合
协助运营提报平台营销活动，跟进活动素材（主图、详情页等）准备、规则设置及数据复盘。
4. 客服与用户体验
辅助处理售前咨询，收集并整理用户反馈，助力体验优化。

任职要求
1. 技能加分项
掌握平面设计工具（Photoshop、Illustrator）及视频剪辑软件（剪映、Premiere）者优先。
2. 语言能力
具备基础英语听说读写能力，大学英语六级或雅思5.5分及以上。
3. 实习时间：每周至少出勤4个工作日，连续实习不少于3个月。
4. 综合素质：
(1) 较强的沟通协调、抗压及多任务处理能力；
(2) 思维敏锐，具备一定的审美能力；
(3) 熟练使用Excel，能根据逻辑高效完成数据处理与分析。 公司简要介绍：
