o Energy topics : generate automatic dashboard, graphs to help the daily, monthly, yearly follow up and make diagnostic for understand the reason of the deviation, use chemical engineering knowledge to crosscheck current energy consumption, investigate onsite for
o PID update : check on site if any gap versus master document, upgrade old symbol version to latest version,
o Process optimization : understand current batch process cycle time situation, analyse the bottleneck then propose optimization for improvement
o Upgrade process documents
o Participate to industrial trials
o Study process modifications : description of the modification, implementation then follow up

- Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Education:
o Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
o Completion of sophomore year in college is often required.
2. Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of chemistry and hands-on experience in a lab setting
o Familiarity with process optimization techniques and statistical process control (SPC)
3. Technical/professional Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
o Experience with lab test methods and procedures.
o Ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
4. Soft Skills:
o Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
o Effective communication and the ability to present findings.
o Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
5. Additional Requirements:
o Punctuality and regular attendance throughout the internship
o Adherence to safety and site policies
