Job Description:
Conceptual and Schematic Design: Assist the team in developing architectural concepts, producing 3D models, and exploring spatial layouts.
概念与方案设计： 协助团队开发建筑概念，制作3D模型，并探索空间布局。
Visual Storytelling and Renderings: Create high-quality architectural visualizations to communicate design intent.
视觉表现与效果图： 制作高质量的建筑可视化内容，以传达设计意图。
Presentations and Graphic layouts: Prepare clean, well-composed drawing layouts, mood boards, and presentation decks using Adobe Creative Suite.
演示与平面排版： 使用 Adobe Creative Suite 制作排版整洁的图纸、情绪板（Mood boards）和演示文件。
Automation Support: Assist in integrating AI tools (chatbots, image generation, workflow automation, data analysis) into daily architectural practice
自动化支持： 协助将人工智能工具（AI聊天机器人、图像生成、工作流自动化、数据分析）整合到日常建筑设计实践中。
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate directly with our structural and MEP engineers to ensure architectural designs are well-coordinated and feasible.
跨学科协调： 与我们的结构和机电（MEP）工程师直接合作，确保建筑设计的协调性与可行性。
International Experience: Gain exposure to real industrial and large-scale projects, from concept through delivery

Competency:
Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Architecture.
目前在读于经过认证的建筑学本科或硕士项目。
Strong sense of visual composition, layout design, and architectural presentation.
具备出色的视觉构图、排版设计和建筑表现能力。
Some experience with D5 Render (or similar real-time rendering software), and Revit and BIM environment
拥有 D5 Render（或类似的实时渲染软件）以及 Revit 和 BIM 环境的使用经验。
Strong interest in AI tools (AI chatbots, image/video generation, automation platforms, prompt engineering, etc.)
对AI工具（AI聊天机器人、图像/视频生成、自动化平台、提示词工程等）有浓厚兴趣。
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力。
6 months of availability minimum
至少可保证6个月的实习期。
Business-level English is mandatory
必须具备商务英语交流能力。
Plus competencies
Chinese language skills (a huge plus)
具备中文沟通能力（极大加分项）。
Dynamo for Revit (visual scripting, data workflows)
掌握 Revit Dynamo（可视化编程、数据工作流）。
Strong skills in producing high-quality architectural visuals,
具备制作高质量建筑视觉表现的强大技能。
Confident use of Rhino 3D and Grasshopper
熟练使用 Rhino 3D 和 Grasshopper。
Interest in industrial, laboratory, or technically complex buildings
对工业、实验室或技术复杂的建筑感兴趣。
