岗位职责：
1. 协助团队使用RPA/低代码工具（Power Automate/UiPath/Blue Prism等）设计、开发、调试企业自动化流程，重点聚焦SAP系统相关自动化场景（如SAP GUI操作、数据录入/提取、流程批量处理等），优化现有手工重复业务，提升运营效率，减少人工操作误差。
2. 参与自动化流程的需求梳理，配合业务部门拆解现有业务流程，识别自动化痛点，输出流程梳理文档及自动化方案初稿，协助完成流程测试与落地验证。
3. 负责自动化流程的日常维护，及时排查流程运行中的异常问题，记录故障原因及解决方案，完善流程优化迭代建议，确保流程稳定运行。
4. 协助编写自动化流程操作手册、测试报告等技术文档，清晰记录开发逻辑、操作步骤及注意事项，配合团队完成知识沉淀与分享工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先。
2. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题分析与排查能力，做事细心严谨，有较强的责任心和执行力，能主动跟进任务进度。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，能快速理解业务需求，配合团队完成流程开发与落地工作。
4. 了解RPA基本概念，有过相关RPA软件使用经验（如影刀、UiPath、Automation Anywhere、Power Automate）
5. 了解SAP系统基本操作（如SAP GUI登录、事务码使用、数据查询/录入等），有SAP流程自动化相关实践经验（或课程项目经验）者优先；熟悉RPA基本原理、流程自动化***实践者优先.
6. 熟悉Excel、Word等办公软件，具备基础的数据处理、分析能力；至少熟悉一门开发语言，Python优先。 公司简要介绍：
