Responsibilities:
- Provide branding awards related support and help to consolidate the eligibility criteria and prepare relevant materials.
- Help to conduct phone interviews when CVs are received and then send the online test
- Help to coordinate the interviews, including booking time and venue.
- Support the campus road show, including onsite support-materials preparation,onsite coordination and consolidate CVs being collected.
- Help to track the status of candidates after offer acceptance.
- Organize staff Pfile, and checking if every required document is signed and well-stored in Pfile.
- Assist in intern onboarding, and monthly attendance collecting.

Requirement：
- Current senior students of undergraduate or post graduate school,HR major is a plus.
- Know basic Outlook, Excel and PPT.
- Proved analytics skill will be a plus.
- Good speaking and written English
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to details and have a strong sense of ownership.
