【主要职责】
? 收集并更新生产现场数据，如标准工时、OEE（设备综合效率）等
? 协助IE经理推行持续改进项目（PMS）
? 参与生产效率分析，识别并支持解决生产瓶颈问题
? 配合各部门采取措施降低成本、提高效率
? 协助监控运营关键业绩指标，配合总部IE部门开展本地改进项目
? 完成IE经理安排的其他相关工作
【任职要求】
学历与专业
? 硕士
? 工业工程、机械工程、管理科学与工程、物流工程等相关专业
专业知识与技能
? 了解IE基础改善手法（如八大浪费、IE七大手法、线平衡优化、工作布局改善等）
? 熟悉基础的数据收集与整理方法（Excel必备）
? 有现场改善或流程优化经验者优先
软技能
? 认真负责，具备良好的沟通表达能力和执行能力
? 较强的团队意识和合作精神
? 对制造现场改善有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入生产一线
语言要求
? 具备英语读写能力，CET-4及以上优先
