Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing team in Shanghai, including supplier and costing analysis, vendor research and managing documentation etc.
· Prepare purchasing, supplier, and costing reports using relevant systems for data analysis and management’s decision-making.
· Assist in procurement initiatives aimed at enhancing cost-effectiveness and evaluating vendor performance.

Education and/or Experience
· Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
