我们正在寻找一名注重细节，工作认真好学 HR Intern。汇报给Senior HRBP Manager, HR Intern将完成为期6个月的实习工作。

要求：
大三或研究生在读
专业不限
熟练运用Office办公软件，Excel常用操作强
英语流利
性格为认真负责，对数据敏感
一周可以实习3-5天

主要工作内容为：
中国员工档案电子化项目，包括整理汇总员工P-file、扫描存储电子化档案、电子档案的日常管理与保存

本地招聘协调和协助，包括简历筛选、面试安排、面试评估后续跟进、录取准备、准备劳动合同和入职材料

相关HR报告的准备，比如：招聘进度表更新、入离职报告、休假报告、新员工培训资料更新等

日常HR相关后勤支持和其他员工关怀和福利的支持工作

-Support Personnel File (P-file) digitization (data entry, verification, filing/archiving as needed).
-Assist with local recruitment process, including resume screening and interview coordination.
-Prepare HR reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data sorting).
-Create and maintain Excel-based trackers, summary tables, and/or simple dashboards.
-Provide day-to-day HR operational support, including documents and meeting organization.
-Other tasks assigned by manager/team leader.

Additional Requirements
-Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
-Available for 6 months (3–4 days/week or full-time)
-Fluent in English （written & spoken）
-Strong Excel skills
-Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential data.
