主要职责
1. 支持前台接待、电话转接及快递邮件。
2. 监督办公室环境整洁。
3. 管理并定期盘点茶歇零食及各类耗材。
4. 协助行政物资的采购申请、询价及比价工作。
5. 对接第三方服务商（如：饮用水、植物租赁、设备维修等），确保服务质量。
6. 协助处理行政各项费用的报销。
7. 协助预订会议室，并负责大型会议的设备调试与茶水准备。
8. 支持员工活动（如：节日庆祝、团建及年会活动）的策划与执行。
9. 协助更新与维护办公室资产列表及行政相关窗体。
10. 执行公司温室气体盘查相关基础数据收集。
11. 完成其他领导交办的工作项目。
职位要求
? 教育背景： 大学本科或研究生在读（专业不限，行政管理、英语、商业类优先）。
? 语言能力： 具备基本的英文听说读写能力尤佳。
? 软件操作： 熟练使用 Office 办公软件（特别是 Excel 公式与数据处理）。
? 个人素质：
(1) 极强的责任心与主动性，处事细心且条理清晰。

About Us
Alchip Technologies Limited was founded in 2002 by semiconductor veterans from Silicon Valley and Japan with a business focus on turnkey fabless ASIC production for System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
