Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：

1) Participate in production label production, document input, nameplate printing, data maintenance, and other related tasks.
参与生产标签制作、单据录入、铭牌打印、数据维护等工作。
2) Process document and data management.
工艺文件与资料管理
3) Assist in writing and updating process documents, such as flowcharts, control plans, etc. Process optimization and continuous improvement.
协助编写和更新工艺文件，如流程文件、流程图、控制计划等。
4) Support the development of Standard Operation Processes (SOP)
工艺优化与持续改进, 支持编制标准作业指导书。
5) Collect on-site operation photos and videos to provide basic information for SOP;
收集现场作业照片和视频，为SOP提供基础资料
6) Organize production records to ensure accurate, complete, and traceable data.
整理生产记录，确保数据准确、完整、可追溯。
7) Participate in the 5S management of the workshop (organizing, tidying up, sweeping, cleaning, and cultivating skills), and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
参与车间5S管理（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养），保持作业区域整洁有序。
8) Assist in investigating basic quality issues during the production process, such as incorrect assembly of parts, appearance defects, etc;
协助排查生产过程中的基础质量问题，如零件错装、外观瑕疵等
9) Participate in quality management activities such as deviation investigation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and change control.
参与偏差调查、CAPA（纠正与预防措施）及变更控制等质量管理活动。
10) Supporting troubleshooting of all kinds of machine failures on the production site, and assist in solving technical and process problems in production
协助排除生产现场所发生的各种机器故障，协助解决生产中存在的技术及工艺问题。
11) Support the assembly and commissioning guidance of machine production, and assist the Hydraulic Engineer to trouble-shoot and solve problems quickly
支持整机装配、调试指导，协助工程师进行问题查找及快速处理

Qualifications：
资历要求：
1) Graduate students majoring in mechanical, electrical, automation, or related fields, or non graduating undergraduate students in higher grades
机械、电气、自动化或相关专业研究生或高年级非毕业班本科生
2) Good communication skills (listening, understanding and expression) and team spirit. Have a good sense of Innovation awareness and logical thinking
具有良好的沟通能力(倾听－理解－表达)，团队合作精神。创新意识，良好的逻辑思维
3) Strong sense of time and responsibility, proactive and good at communication
有较强的时间观念和责任意识，工作积极主动，擅于沟通
4) PC skills including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

5) Very strong sense of responsibility and learning capability, hardworking.

6) Strong practical skill, self-starter, work under pressure.
