工作职责：
1. 基层培养： 入职后将进入集团系统性校招培养计划，深入一线生产部门，全面了解公司运营与业务流程。
2. 项目实践与领导： 在轮岗期间，有机会作为核心成员或项目负责人，领导或参与关键跨部门实战项目，解决实际业务挑战，快速积累管理经验。
3. 高管对话与辅导： 公司将安排定期与集团高层管理者的对话、研讨会及专属导师辅导，获得战略视野与职业发展的直接指引。
4. 评估与正式定岗： 轮岗期满后，通过综合评估，将结合个人意愿、能力特质及公司战略需求，正式定岗于集团内关键职位，开启快速职业发展通道。

任职要求：

1. 教育背景： 2025届应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历。
2. 专业要求：材料成型工程和材料加工工程
3. 学业表现： 在校期间成绩优异，综合排名前30%，获得校级以上奖学金者优先。
4. 语言能力： 大学英语六级（CET-6）考试合格或具备同等水平，具备优秀的英文读写能力。

Our production site in Shanghai, Plansee Shanghai High Performance Materials Co., Ltd., started operations in September 2013. Plansee Shanghai specializes in the production of refractory metals, alloys and composites.
