岗位职责：
1、协助定子生产日常生产安排，跟进生产进度、产能及交付情况。
2、负责定子生产线的数字化、智能化建设与运维，打通生产、设备、质量、物流的数据链，实现定子制造的数据驱动、可视化、可追溯。
3、参与工艺优化、质量改善及生产现场问题的初步跟进

岗位要求：
1、大专在读，机械制造、机电一体化、电气工程等相关专业
2、了解电机结构、定子生产工艺（绕线、嵌线、接线、整形、绝缘处理等）优先考虑
3、熟悉基础办公软件（Excel、word),能制作简单报表及数据分析
4、工作认真负责、执行力强，能适应车间现场工作环境，具备良好沟通协调能力 公司简要介绍：
