岗位职责｜Responsibilities
? 参与LBS / DBS相关项目，支持项目执行、进度跟踪及结果交付
Participate in LBS/DBS projects, support project execution, progress tracking and output delivery
? 负责现场物料管理与追踪，确保可追溯性及流程规范
Manage on-site materials, ensure traceability and compliance with operational processes
? 支持日常运营及供应链相关协调工作
Support daily operations and supply chain coordination
? 协助跨团队沟通，推动项目按计划落地
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
? 利用AI工具提升项目效率及运营支持能力
Leverage AI tools to improve project efficiency and operational support

任职要求｜Qualifications
教育背景｜Education
? 本科或研究生在读
Undergraduate or postgraduate student
? 专业不限，优先：工程类、供应链、项目管理、商业或相关专业
Open to all majors; Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business or related fields preferred
能力与素质｜Core Competencies
? 良好的沟通能力，能够在跨团队环境中高效协作
Strong communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
? 学习能力强，能快速理解项目与业务需求
Fast learner with ability to quickly understand project and business needs
? 责任心强，具备良好的执行力

? 具备基本的项目管理意识和逻辑思维能力
Basic project management mindset with strong logical thinking
技能要求｜Skills
? 熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
? 具备基础数据处理能力（Excel为主）
Basic data handling skills (especially Excel)
? 英文流利（书面与口头），能够进行日常工作沟通
Fluent in English (written and spoken) for daily work communication
? 有AI工具使用经验（如Copilot等）并能用于提升效率
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency
