Key Responsibilities:
1. Under the supervision by legal manager, draft, review simple indirect sourcing agreement, service agreement, NDA and other contracts based on company template.
2. Conduct legal research on particular subject as requested independently.
3. Translate English and Chinese legal documents.
4. Handle internal OA application and payment process.
5. File, maintain and custody all legal documents.
6. Routine administrative support to legal team and other works as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
2. Good writing and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
